The Process

  1. Purchase the certificates from Sunshine Incentives, Minimum of 10. The more certificates you purchase, the lower the cost.
  2. Give the certificates to the customer whenever you choose.
  3. Upon receipt of certificate, customer need to activate it within 30 days and send a $50 refundable deposit (less a $10 processing fee) to guarantee the room.   The deposit, less processing fee is refunded to the customer upon completion of vacation or if certificate has not been utilized within the year.
  4. Upon calling to request activation, customer receives an email with the activation date.  Customer may then call and book reservation for a room that will accommodate two adults and two children.
  5. The vacation certificate must be used within one year of the certificate’s activation. Reservation requests must be made a minimum of 30 days before the desired travel date.

Taxes are the responsibility of the traveler. (Average of $10-$15 per night per room. A small surcharge may apply if travel occurs during peak dates)

We are so thankful for the three-day two-night vacation we got from you. We activated the vacation with sending in the $50 refundable deposit, and then called the company to book a hotel in the Poconos. We had a choice of a few hotels in the area and we chose Comfort Inn. We paid just $26 in taxes, not a dollar more. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised to see it was a brand new hotel, about five years old. We got a big beautiful room with stunning furniture, an office desk, a table with two chairs, a refrigerator and phone in our room, and excellent room service. We were able to use the pool, Jacuzzi, gym, and game room. Every morning, there was a fresh warm breakfast in the dining area. The staff did not know we came on a certificate, and we got the same services as everyone else in the hotel, who paid the full price of more than $100 per night. It was a fantastic vacation. When we came back, we emailed them the refund request and a few weeks later, we got a $40 check in the mail.  Thanks again for this great offer!
