These Vacation Certificates are meant to be given as gifts to clients. They may not be auctioned or sold on the internet. They may not be resold for personal use. Please do not represent any portion of the certificate as being 'free', since clients are responsible for certain costs, such as taxes and fees. This offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults, at least one must be gainfully employed and at least 21 years of age. If married, you must travel together. You may take along up to 2 children under the age of 16. Driver's license required for verification of age and major credit card required as a matter of hotel policy-no debit cards. Company must enter a sponsor and issue date prior to handing the Platinum certificates to a customer.

The issue date is the date the certificate was given to the customer. And the company providing the certificate is the sponsor. The traveler is responsible to pay $50.00 refundable deposit within thirty (30) days of issue date in order to activate the certificate. Refunds must be requested in writing upon return from vacation. Refunds will be mailed approximately three to six weeks after request is received, minus a $10 processing fee.

The Gold Standard Vacation Certificate requires a $29.00 redemption fee prior to activating the certificate. Within a few weeks after submitting the $50.00 deposit, customer will receive a welcome letter by email with your activation date and number as well as a phone number for booking. Arrival date must be a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days from receipt of your request. When your reservations are confirmed, you will be emailed a written confirmation with your directions and check-in times. This written confirmation and two forms of ID (driver's license and major credit card) must be presented upon check-in. This offer is valid for one year from activation date.

Refunds may be requested in writing at any time prior to expiration date, prior to confirming reservations or within 30 days of completion of travel with a hotel receipt showing no balance due. Mail refund requests to Getaway USA Refunds, 13014 N Dale Mabry Hwy #2 Tampa Florida 33618 or email to getawayrefunds@travelpromotionsfaq.com. Refunds will be mailed approximately three to six weeks after request is received, minus a $10 processing fee. All reservations are based on Getaway USA availability and are subject to change. Availability is limited during peak season, holidays and weekends. Surcharges may apply during these times and in some locations. We also reserve the right to change the destinations at any time. This certificate is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, room taxes and surcharges, meals, etc. This offer is valid for two adults and up to two children under age 16. This offer is not valid for groups or for attending a convention. Only one vacation certificate per household can be used per year. While on vacation, traveler may be offered exciting vacation opportunities in the resort area by the Host Resort in the hopes that you will vacation with the Host Resort in the future.

Notice of cancellation or changes to a confirmed reservation must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 14 days prior to arrival or hotel 'no shows' will result in a forfeiture of your refundable deposit. In some cases, hotels will charge a cancellation fee if terms of agreement are not met. Getaway to Paradise, it's agents or assignees, act only as an agent for the hotel and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, act of terrorism, injury or damage to persons, property, or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided. This offer is void where prohibited by law.

Refund/Return Policy

Vacation Certificates are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If certificates are damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If the certificates are unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before it is considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the certificate matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
